Feedback from clients through
Satisfaction level of direct referrals or of the services that they have received. Always check on survivors and obtain feedback on the services they seek. It is important to gauge if the referred services are friendly, adequate, and fulfill the needs of survivors. Be open to changing service providers if they do not meet the needs of your client. For example: A trans client could be receiving mental health services that are unable to address their issues of gender dysphoria. It may be helpful to switch to another service provider.
Satisfaction level of the overall service provision. This can be done periodically or annually through anonymous surveys
Periodic assessment of your services. This could include whether your services meet the needs of the clients. This will allow you to assess if there is a need to upscale your services or set aside a budget to address emerging needs.
